### Can I apply even if I'm not sure which Lab suits me best?

Absolutely. Many candidates explore several Labs during the process. We help you understand where your strengths, energy and ambitions align the most, no need to pick upfront.

### I don’t have much experience yet. Can I still apply?

If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and not afraid of a challenge, yes. We often hire juniors with strong attitude and potential, then support them to grow fast.

### When will I hear back after an interview?

We typically provide updates within 3 - 5 business days. If there are delays, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
