That’s why, behind the scenes, we organise our team into Labs: dedicated groups that bring together different skills and expertise around the areas where legal teams face their biggest challenges.
We call them Labs for a reason. They are where we continuously build and deepen our expertise, experiment with new technology and ways of working, and develop the tools, templates, playbooks and methodologies that make our solutions better and more efficient.
But our Labs are not silos. The challenges our clients bring us rarely fit neatly into one box. A contract challenge may require legal expertise, process design and technology. A compliance project may need project management, data expertise and automation. We bring those capabilities together around the problem at hand.
So you don’t need to think about which Lab to call. The Labs are how we organise ourselves to make sure you always get the right combination of people, skills and expertise.

Contracts lab
A team of contract specialists with a truly international and in-house mindset. Our Contracts Lab brings together people with extensive legal and in-house experience, covering multiple languages, markets and types of contract work. It’s a diverse team built to handle volume, complexity and everything in between, while keeping a sharp focus on what matters to the business.
Compliance lab
A hand-picked team that knows regulation is only the starting point. Our Compliance Lab combines deep regulatory expertise with a practical, business-oriented mindset. We don’t just ask “What does the regulation say?”, but “What does this actually mean for your business, and how can we make it work in practice?”
Legal Operations lab
A team of legal operations pioneers who don’t believe in doing things simply because they’ve always been done that way. Our Legal Operations Lab brings together people who constantly challenge the status quo, explore what’s next and rethink how legal teams operate. And they don’t stop at identifying what could be better. They stay close to the business and help drive the change all the way through implementation.
