##### Here’s what you can expect when applying to Ask Q :

# 01. MEET HR & LAB LEAD

- An online introductory conversation to get to know you, share more about Ask Q, and discuss what you’re looking for.
- A deeper dive into your skills, experience, and approach to problem-solving with your future lab lead.

# 02. CASE & MEET THE TEAM

- You'll come and see the office.
- You’ll receive a case or challenge relevant to the role, followed by a 60 minute presentation and discussion with the team.
- You'll be able to talk to your future colleagues and have an informal chat.

# 03. REFERENCES

- We will speak to references you've given us.
- We are ready to make you an offer.
