Confidentiality agreement playbook 

Working in teams, you'll:

  • Learn the basics of confidentiality agreements, spot common red flags, and see how legal tech can help you create a playbook

  • Build your own playbook in Legora

  • Test and iterate your playbook on example confidentiality agreements

  • Compete with other teams to spot the most red flags and suggest the best edits

  • Win prizes for the best-performing team!

FAQ

Do I need prior experience with legal tech or contract review?

Not at all! This event is designed for students with no prior legal tech experience. We'll provide all the training you need on the day, including a crash course on confidentiality agreements, red flags, and how to use the legal tech. All you need is curiosity and enthusiasm to learn.

I'm in Master 1 – am I eligible?

Yes! The event is open to both Master 1 and Master 2 law students. We welcome students at different stages of their master's programme.

Do I need to bring my own laptop?

Yes, please bring your own laptop. We’ll provide all other materials and tools on the day.

Will I be working alone or in teams?

You'll be working in teams! This is a collaborative challenge where you'll work with other students to build and test your playbook. It's a great opportunity to meet fellow law students and learn from each other.

How do I get to your office in Vilvoorde?

We're organising complimentary shuttle services from the universities of Leuven and Ghent. If you prefer to travel independently, we'll provide full address details and parking information.

Specific shuttle times will be communicated to registered participants closer to the event date.

Is there an application fee?

No! The entire event is completely free, including transport, food, and drinks.
