TES is a global green energy company leading the way in the production of e-NG (electric natural gas derived from green hydrogen). Founded in 2019, the company has experienced a steep growth curve, bringing challenges for the in-house legal team as more deals are being concluded. TES’s internal legal team experienced a bottleneck in handling a growing flood of contracts and approached Ask Q with persistence.
Ask Q's support was requested in all matters relating to operational contracting and, as the project progressed, also in the area of data protection. To steer the project successfully, TES worked with a single point of contact (SPOC) who acted as a key intermediary for all client queries and oversaw the work from both the Contracts Lab and the Data Protection Lab.
