These prestigious awards celebrate the frontrunners who are reshaping the legal industry through innovation and technology. They honour firms, in-house teams, suppliers, law firms and individuals who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, improving efficiency, accessibility, and value across legal services.
Here’s a sneak peek at the initiatives that caught the jury’s attention and got us shortlisted in no less than four categories:
I. HR Innovation
For our reimagined approach to career development at Ask Q, where each consultant can shape their own growth by choosing one of three career tracks: deepening expertise, stepping into leadership, or broadening their horizon across non-legal domains.
II. Legal Operations Health Scan
Legal operations is often a vague and abstract concept, something many General Counsels find hard to quantify. That’s why we developed the Legal Operations Health Scan, a structured, data-driven method to assess and improve the maturity of legal departments.
III. Creative use of AI
We used artificial intelligence in an innovative way to support a major financial player in Belgium with compliance for the EU Accessibility Act. This showcases how AI can be applied both creatively and responsibly to meet complex legal challenges.
IV. Trailblazer of the Year: Rémy Bonnaffé
A personal nomination for our very own Rémy Bonnaffé, recognized as a driving force behind Ask Q’s constant innovation. This award shines a spotlight on individuals who keep pushing boundaries and inspire teams to explore new, better ways of working.
The awards ceremony will take place during the Future Lawyer Europe conference - a major industry event bringing together in-house teams, law firms, and legal tech leaders to explore what’s next in legal innovation.
Fingers crossed - see you in Milan!
